These thin sheets of light, crisp bread are best when drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkled with salt and then warmed in the oven or on the barbecue for a few minutes. Try Carta da Musica in combination with other Sardinian delicacies if you can, such as Sardinian pecorino as the shepherds used to do, or simply with a fine glass of Sardinian wine.
