Oregano crostini

Savoury bread bites

After starting life as a long Filone (‘stick’ in Inglese) loaf, our authentic Crostini are then sliced, drizzled with oregano-infused oil and baked again until they’re light and crisp. Deliciously moreish, they’re the perfect nibbles to enjoy with an early-evening tipple, crumbled over salads and soups or topped and served as antipasti.

Aperitivo Snacks

‘Little crusts’ of Italian flavour

Our Crostini (‘little crusts’ in Inglese) are labours of love for our artisan bakers in Italy. On the first day of baking, they craft a long Filone loaf — before cutting and baking the smaller slices again on day two. Only when the slices are perfectly light and crisp do they emerge from the oven.

Delicious as a simple snack served unadorned with a glass of something chilled in the early-evening sunshine, they’re also fantastic for adding some authentic Italian crunch to salads and soups — or topped with fresh and delicious ingredients and served as a pre-dinner antipasti.
