Focaccia Romana

Focaccia Romana is a light, bubbly bread traditionally eaten as an meal accompaniment. Our dough is made with ‘00’ flour, a blend of soft wheat and durum wheat, which is then hand stretched and baked at high temperature on a stone bed oven for that signature soft crust and airy crumb. The bread is finally dressed with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled with rosemary for a classic taste of Italy.
