Piadina Emiliana

Made with soft wheat for a thicker, flakier texture, these delicious flatbreads are ready to be warmed, topped and folded, not rolled. We've also swapped the original recipe’s pork lard for extra virgin olive oil — creating an aromatic twist on the Emilia-Romagna region’s favourite street food.

An iconic Italian street food favourite

Hailing from the Emilia-Romagna region — home to Modena, arguably Italy’s true food capital — piadina are authentically Italian street food staples. Flatbreads rather than wraps, they’re made to be folded, not rolled.

Made in Italy by our artisan bakers, they’re wonderfully versatile, and perfect for tearing, sharing and enjoying alongside soups, stews, curries and salads — but we recommend starting with a classic piadina sandwich of your own creation.

To make, first heat the flatbread in a dry pan, then layer it with your choice of fillings — prosciutto, tomato and mozzarella pair beautifully with the olive oil notes of this piadina — then simply fold, slice, serve and enjoy.
