Piadina is the street food of Emilia Romagna – a flatbread used to make delicious folded, warm sandwiches. We make our dough with olive oil instead of the more traditional lard, which makes our Piadina beautifully soft and aromatic. Our organic wholemeal version is rich, nutty and full of flavour. After heating it in a dry pan, layer the Piadina with your favourite sandwich filling and fold in half for a fantastic light lunch. We also love them with chocolate spread and banana.
