A five-grain twist on our Linguette Classic, these authentic Italian nibbles are made in traditional Ligurian style, with a blend of exceptional grains and extra virgin olive oil. Crafted in the distinctive Linguette ‘tongue’ shape, marked with a distinctive lattice of pinprick holes, sprinkled with salt and baked to perfection, they’re a delicious antipasti essential. Ottimo!

Baked by our artisan makers in Italy from a wonderfully simple, slow-proved dough, Linguette are instantly-recognisable by their lattice of tiny holes — which keeps the flatbreads as thin and crisp as possible as they bake — and by their unique ‘slipper’ shape — which mirrors the shape of roof tiles on buildings across Liguria and Piemonte — they’re made to be snapped, shared and topped with whatever your taste buds desire.

Our packaging
Our Linguette are packaged in a PET tray (European code #01), wrapped in a polypropylene film (European code #05), that sits within a cardboard box. Both the cardboard box and the PET tray are widely recycled in kerbside domestic collections. However, few local authorities in the UK are able to accept the film bag in the local council recycling centre, although it can be recycled alongside carrier bags in large supermarkets.

wheat flour, multi grains and seeds 14.2% (wheat bran, maize flour, linseed, millet seeds, wholemeal rye flour, oat flakes, barley flour, rice flour, spelt flakes, wheat flakes), olive oil 10.5%, salt, extra virgin olive oil 1.3%, yeast.
