A delicious twist on traditional Torinesi, these thin and delicate breadsticks are a familiar sight on trattoria tables across Italy. For a richer, nuttier flavour we’ve added Parmigiano Reggiano and poppy seeds to the classic recipe — creating an ideal pre-dinner nibble that’s best enjoyed with a glass of something chilled.
