Crunchy Amaretti
These sweet, crunchy biscuits can be found in pasticcerie (or cake shops) across Italy. Perfect dipped into your favourite tipple, we also love them crumbled on top of gelato.

Italian Biscotti for a crunchy bite
In Italy, Amaretti are a household staple and referred to as "biscotti da credenza," which translates to "cupboard biscuits". They can be made either dry and crispy (secchi), or soft and chewy (morbidi).
Crosta & Mollica Crunchy Amaretti are made by our bakers in the Ligurian town of Sassello and twice-baked for a sugary crunch, their signature bittersweet flavour comes from ground apricot kernels and almonds.
Traditionally served with dessert wines, liqueur or coffee, but also a delicious addition or ingredient in many desserts.
