Pomodoro Pugliese is baked to a traditional focaccia recipe, a delicious celebration of simple Italian flavours.

Extra virgin olive oil blends with locally milled golden durum wheat, giving a crisp crust and retaining a pillowy soft centre. The natural sugars in the tomatoes gently caramelise during baking, giving a delicate sweetness to each plump loaf.

To best experience this Ligurian delicacy, gently warm and enjoy alongside a selection of antipasti. Alternatively, slice it open and add prosciutto and gorgonzola.
