Fig Conserve

Made with black figs from Puglia, this sweet conserve is a versatile creation indeed. Delicious as part of an antipasti platter or decadent cheeseboard (particularly if there’s a strong Pecorino involved), it’s also an extraordinary cake filling or spread generously over fresh-baked bread.


Fresh, figful and fantastically Italian

Crafted in small batches near the Italian edge of Mont Blanc, our Fig Preserve is made with all-natural ingredients and Italian-grown figs from Avellino, in the heart of Puglia. 

Based in a small family-run factory up in the rarified air of the Alps, our jam-makers gently cook the fruit in traditional copper pots — to preserve more of the fig’s natural flavours and prevent the fruit pieces from vanishing in the heat of the pot. 

Thankfully, all that patience more than pays off — as you’ll soon find out once you take a first bite of this bold, sweet fig-filled conserve. Squisito!
