Named after a town on the Ligurian coast, our Imperia pizza is a delicious celebration of Liguria’s most-famous export, basil. Beautifully simple, our artisan bakers hand-top each wood-fired sourdough base with creamy ‘bianco’ sauce, our own-recipe pesto, and hand-torn prosciutto cotto ham.

The standout ingredient here is our own-recipe Pesto — made with fresh basil from the coastal mountainsides of Liguria, aged Italian hard cheese, garlic and lemon juice — but as with any great pizza, everything starts with the dough.
