Inspired by Italy’s earliest pizzas and traditional Neapolitan street food, our Mini Pizzas are handmade in a bakery just outside Naples. Stone-baked on lava rock and hand-topped with our fresh pizzeria tomato sauce and creamy buffalo mozzarella, it’s a deliciously quick and simple snack, made to be eaten on the go.

Inspired by the pizzas that have been part of Neapolitan lunches and suppertimes for centuries, these hand-shaped miniature creations are made to be eaten on the go as a snack, a quick lunch, or as a light dinner served with salad.

Made with a simple but exceptional dough, our bakers near Naples wood-fire the base at 400C on lava stone from Mount Etna. In that intense heat, the crusts rise, blister and char in authentic pizzeria fashion. 

Then it’s time to top by hand with the finest Italian ingredients — a classic tomato sauce made from tomatoes handpicked for their perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, and creamy buffalo mozzarella.
