Positano sourdough pizza
Named after the steepling seaside village of Positano, this extraordinary pizza is inspired by the fresh, sun-dappled flavours of the Amalfi Coast. Made by our artisan bakers, the slow-proved, wood-fired sourdough base is hand-topped with plump, marinated King Prawns, red peppers from Lombardia, creamy garlic mascarpone and a sprinkling of dried chilli.

Positano is a picturesque seaside village that climbs, in glorious pastel colour, up the teetering cliffs of the Amalfi coast — and this pizza is as unforgettable as the place that inspired it.
Made from a ‘mother dough’ starter and slow-proved for 24 hours, our bakers wood-fire each pizza base at 400C on lava stone from Mount Etna. In the intense heat, the crusts rise, blister and char in deliciously traditional fashion.
Then we add handpicked ingredients that capture all the flavours of Amalfi: a classic pizzeria tomato sauce, fresh king prawns marinated with parsley, chilli, garlic and lemon, artfully-charred ribbons of sweet Lombardia red peppers, dollops of garlic mascarpone, and a handful of chilli flakes.
