Stromboli Pizzetta is a piccolo version of our popular Stromboli Pizza, topped with the same creamy Fior di Latte mozzarella, and two spicy and smoky salami.
As with any great pizza, the story starts with the dough. Made from a ‘mother dough’ starter and slow-proved for 24 hours, our bakers wood-fire every base at 400°C on lava stone from Mount Etna. In the heat, the crusts rise, blister and char in authentic pizzeria fashion.
Then it’s time for our bakers to top the pizza by hand – with a classic tomato sauce, creamy Italian Fior Di Latte mozzarella, hand-crumbled pepperoni salami, smoky ventricina salami and a finishing sprinkle of chilli flakes.Learn More
