Classic Piada

Piada is the street food of Emilia Romagna - a flatbread used to make delicious folded, warm sandwiches. We make our dough with olive oil instead of the more traditional lard, which make our piade beautifully soft and aromatic. After heating them in a dry pan, layer the piada with your favourite sandwich filling and fold in half for a fantastic light lunch. We recommend you try one with prosciutto, rocket and mozzarella cheese.
