Out of modern Italy's assortment of dolci (or desserts in inglese) none is more refreshing than a sorbetto. Each of Crosta & Mollica fruit shells is scooped out by hand and filled with a sorbetto made from fresh Sicilian Pomegranate juice.
Fruity sorbets are a refreshing, light palate cleanser served in between or at end of any meal and enjoyable all year round.
