Of all Italy’s famous dishes, Tiramisu arguably best represents the country’s joyful and generous approach to food. Ours is no exception.
Traditional Savoiardi biscuits are soaked in a bath of freshly brewed coffee and sweet but potent Marsala wine, before being layered amongst rich mascarpone cream. Finally, a dusting of dark cocoa powder on the outside brings a lightly bitter contrast to the sweet contents within.
