Ready to be nibbled unadorned or topped and served at lunch or as an antipasti snack, they’re a delicious celebration of authentic Italian flavour.

A globe-trotting Italian creation
Inspired by the traditional use of leftover focaccia in Genova, these moreish toasts are as delicious as they are versatile.
For centuries, focaccia has been served in all shapes and sizes across the Liguria region, and topped with all manner of things. And in the rare event that any focaccia was left uneaten, the locals would slice it, toast it, and devour it as a simple aperitivo at almost any time of the day.
Our advice is to top with cream cheese, a crackling of black pepper and little Ligurian basil, and enjoy these crisp and satisfyingly crunchy toasts as a light lunch or mid-afternoon snack. Ottimo!

Our packaging
Our Focaccia Toasts are packaged in a PET tray (European code #01), wrapped in a polypropylene film (European code #05), that sits within a cardboard box. Both the cardboard box and the PET tray are widely recycled in kerbside domestic collections. However, few local authorities in the UK are able to accept the film bag in the local council recycling centre, although it can be recycled alongside carrier bags in large supermarkets.
