Terms and Conditions "Win a Weekend in Italy for Two"

By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions").

If there is a conflict in these Terms and Conditions with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of the prize draw, these conditions will take precedence.

The promoter of the prize draw is Crosta & Mollica Ltd (company number 06848372), a company registered in England at 1 Argyll Street, London, W1F 7BQ (“Crosta Mollica”), whose Instagram handle is @crostamollica. Eligibility for entry; how to enter

The prize draw is open to individuals who are residents of the United Kingdom, aged eighteen (18) years or over and registered users of a valid Instagram account at the time of entry into the prize draw.
Entrants are required to enter via Instagram. One entry per person. Participants are not permitted to create multiple accounts for the purpose of the prize draw. Participants who seek to submit entries above this limit will be disqualified. Multiple entries or entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
Crosta Mollica will post a "call to action" post on its Instagram page (@crostamollica) promoting the prize draw (the "Post"). To enter, entrants must:
1. log into their Instagram account;
2. follow Crosta Mollica on Instagram (@crostamollica);
3. respond to the Post by commenting on the Post with your favourite pizza name or toppings, within the prize draw period. You must keep the comment and continue to follow @crostamollica until the winner has been selected.
The prize draw period is from 05/04/2025 to 21/05/2025. Any entries received after the closing date 21/05/2025 and time, 11:59 PM GMT, will not be accepted.
By entering the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This includes but is not limited to announcing the winner’s first name.
The prize draw is not open to employees, contractors, representatives, agents, officers or directors of Crosta Mollica, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, marketing agencies, or to any of their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, whether or not related, or to anyone else professionally connected with the prize draw.
No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the prize draw.
Crosta Mollica reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant, entries and prize winners. Crosta Mollica may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. Crosta Mollica may withhold prizes while it verifies eligibility.
Internet access and an Instagram account (set to public to permit messages from Crosta Mollica) are required to enter the prize draw and must be maintained until winner selection.
Crosta Mollica at its sole discretion may disqualify any entrant, where it suspects that the entrant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
Entries that are incomplete or otherwise defective or which Crosta Mollica cannot identify due to your entry being removed or filtered from search or the suspension or termination of your account will be disqualified.
Crosta Mollica accepts no responsibility for entries that are rendered invalid for any reason beyond its control.
If you wish to withdraw from the prize draw at any time, your request should be made in writing to marketing@crostamollica.com.

Determination of winners

One winner will be selected at random by a Crosta Mollica representative from all valid and eligible entries received during the prize draw period.
The prize draw will take place on 26/05/2025.
A Crosta Mollica representative will contact the winner via direct message on Instagram (to the account used to submit the entry) and will request full name and contact details of the winner.
Entries who have not won the prize will not be notified.
The prize must be accepted within 48 hours of the private message being sent, after which Crosta Mollica reserves the right to select another winner of the prize. Crosta Mollica cannot accept responsibility for late responses. These Terms and Conditions will apply to any replacement winner but they may be given a shorter period of time to claim the prize.
The prize can only be redeemed with Crosta Mollica and its chosen Travel Agency, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The winners chosen by Crosta Mollica are final.

Prize details & Restrictions:

There is one (1) prize consisting of: One £1000 holiday voucher for a weekend trip to Italy for two adults.
This can only be redeemed via Crosta Mollica’s authorised Travel Agency (Travel Club, see nishasingadia.inteletravel.uk).
Crosta Mollica will inform Travel Club of the details of the winner and the prize. The winner must contact Travel Club using the details provided to the winner by Crosta Mollica.
The voucher can be used as payment for any aspects of the trip paid in advance and arranged by Travel Club. The voucher can only be used for one trip. Any credit not used on the trip will be lost.
All other costs associated with the booking/trip (including, without limitation,. any costs above the value of £1000, costs that cannot be paid in advance and those arranged by anyone other than the Travel Club) will be the responsibility of the winner and must be paid at the time of booking.
The winner will act as the lead booker and must travel.
Once the prize booking has been confirmed, it cannot be refunded, changed or transferred to any other passenger.
The prize must be booked by no later than 31 October 2025. Failure to book by this date will render the voucher expired and void. Once expired, the voucher will be invalid and cannot be extended. Any unused credit will be lost on expiry of the voucher.
Travel dates for the prize must be after July 1st 2025 and are subject to availability.
Although every effort will be made to obtain flights from your closest (UK) airport, this may not always be possible. Any costs relating to transportation, hotel stays, parking etc to reach the UK departure airport will need to be met by the winner (save where these are booked in advance by Travel Club and voucher credit is used), and Crosta Mollica shall have no responsibility for such costs.
The prize is subject to availability of the airline, hotel and in-destination transfer provider. The Travel Agency will make every effort to fulfil your preferred dates, but this may not always be possible.
The Travel Agency will book the flight on your behalf. No choice will be provided as to which airline you fly with.
It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling parties, (ii) ensure all passports are valid for the destination country including by having the minimum number of months before expiry required by the destination country and (iii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including, without limitation, cover for overseas medical costs, and (iv) ensure that the travelling parties adhere to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by Crosta Mollica and its approved Travel Agency. Crosta Mollica is not responsible for any issues arising from passport or visa validity issues.
It is the responsibility of the winner to inform Crosta Mollica and the Travel Agency of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
All members of the party are responsible for being up to date with and adhering to any travel and health advice for their destination country. The FDCO (UK) and DFA (Ireland) travel advice pages should be checked on a regular basis. Crosta Mollica will have no responsibility for refusal of travel due to health, travel or entry requirements not being met.

General

Crosta Mollica reserves the right to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this prize draw.
If any act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Crosta Mollica and which prevents Crosta Mollica from complying with or fulfilling any element of these Terms and Conditions, Crosta Mollica will not be liable or responsible for the consequences of such an event.
The surname and county of the winner (unless the winner has objected on lawful grounds) will be made available [e.g. on receipt of a self-addressed pre-paid envelope received by Crosta Mollica at 1 Argyll Street, London, W1F 7BQ within sixty (60) days following the end of the prize draw period]. Participants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting marketing@crostamollica.com. Crosta Mollica may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
If Crosta Mollica fails to or delays in enforcing any of these terms, that will not constitute a waiver of the Crosta Mollica's rights nor prevent Crosta Mollica from taking steps to enforce any of these terms or its rights at a later date.
This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this prize draw should be directed to Crosta Mollica and not to Instagram.
Each entrant hereby agrees to release Instagram from any and all liability arising from this prize draw.
The prize draw and these Terms and Conditions (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law and any disputes or claims must be referred to the English courts. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring an action in their home courts.
