Durum wheat pasta
Campanelle is a type of pasta which is shaped like a cone with a ruffled edge - a bell-like, small flower (from which comes the terms 'fiorelli'). As ingredienti eccezionali, our bakers only use Alpes water and Durum wheat flour - just like any nonna would.
