Our Crostini (‘little crusts’ in Inglese) are labours of love for our artisan bakers in Italy. They firstly craft a long Filone loaf, cut it into smaller slices which are drizzled with chilli-infused oil and baked again until they’re light and crisp. Only when the Crostini are perfectly light and crisp do they emerge from the oven.

Delicious as a stand-alone snack, served straight up — especially with a chilled and refreshing beer for company — they’re also fantastic for adding a little crumbly, crunchy Italian flavour to salads and soups, or topped with fresh and delicious ingredients and served as a pre-dinner antipasti.
