Chilli crostini

Savoury bread bites

A spicy twist on our classic Crostini, these moreish snacks start life as a long, thin Filone loaf — which is baked, left for a day, then sliced, drizzled with chilli-infused oil and baked again. The result? Crisp Italian nibbles that are perfect with a cold beer, topped and served as antipasti, or crumbled over salads and soups.

Aperitivo Snacks

‘Little crusts’ of Italian flavour

Our Crostini (or ‘little crusts’ in Inglese) are patient labours of love for our artisan bakers in Italy. On day one, they craft a long Filone loaf — before cutting and baking the smaller slices again on day two, until they’re perfectly light, crisp and ready to eat.

Delicious as a stand-alone snack, served straight up — especially with a chilled and refreshing beer for company — they’re also fantastic for adding a little crumbly, crunchy Italian flavour to salads and soups, or topped with fresh and delicious ingredients and served as a pre-dinner antipasti.
