Crisp and moreish with a distinctive twisted rubata finish, these authentically Italian nibbles are made by a local bakery in the heart of Piemonte, where the original Grissini recipe was created more than two centuries ago.
Crafted with just a handful of simple ingredients — extra virgin olive oil, soft flour and two types of Piemonte-grown maize — our artisan bakers lay the dough for each breadstick, by hand, in small trays measuring just 60cm by 40cm, before baking them to snappable, stackable perfection.
