Organic wholeblend piadina

Baked in Italy from a blend of wholemeal and soft flour, our wholeblend piadina is an organic twist on the Emilia-Romagna region’s most-famous street food. Light and aromatic, we use olive oil instead of traditional strutto (pork fat) to create a flatbread that’s ready to be warmed, topped, and folded in traditional fashion.

Originating from the Emilia-Romagna region, piadina are authentically Italian street food staples. Flatbreads rather than wraps, they’re made to be folded, not rolled.

To make a classic piadina sandwich with our wholeblend variety, heat the piadina in a dry pan, then layer it with your favourite fillings — we suggest fresh sliced tomatoes, mozzarella and a little nutty pesto — then fold the flatbread, slice the sandwich in two, then serve and enjoy.

Wonderfully versatile, they’re also perfect for tearing, sharing and dipping — but however you decide to eat them, always warm them first so the full flavour of the flatbread can fully unfurl.
