Mushroom, spinach & creamy garlic sauce

An iconic creation from the heart of Tuscany, our take on the Fiorentina pizza is made by our artisan bakers, who hand-top our wood-fired sourdough base with a creamy ‘bianco’ sauce, Fior di Latte mozzarella, grilled Italian mushrooms, and fresh spinach lightly-sautéed in onion, garlic and chilli.

Our take on this ever-popular creation is a delicious celebration of fresh, authentic Tuscan ingredients, big and small.

As with any great pizza, the story starts with the dough. Made from a ‘mother dough’ starter and slow-proved for 24 hours, our bakers wood-fire every base at 400C on lava stone from Mount Etna. In the heat, the crusts rise, blister and char in authentic pizzeria fashion.
