Crosta Mollica Portofino Pizza

Collezione Romana: Portofino Pizza

MOZZARELLA DI BUFALA • FIOR DI LATTE • POMODORINI GIALLI • BASILICO

Inspired by the iconic coastal town of Portofino, known for its pastel-hued houses and fresh, colourful cuisine, this is our refined take on the Margherita classica. Elegant yet characterful, it brings together slow-roasted pomodorini gialli and delicate mozzarella di bufala – because the finest ingredients speak for themselves. A final drizzle of vibrant basil salsa captures the taste of summer on the Italian Riviera.

A PAIRING PERFETTO

Crisp and citrusy Vermentino has note minerali to cut through the creamy mozzarella, pairing beautifully with the acidity of the pomodorini.

ITALIAN INGREDIENTS

When it comes to eating, we don’t settle for anything less than ingredienti eccezionali. Gathered from growers, artisans and culinary appassionati across Italia, from Tropea to Torino. Prepared with respect and care.

Our Packaging

Our Pizzas sit on a cardboard disc, wrapped in HDPE (European code #02) and then in a cardboard box. The cardboard is widely recycled in kerbside domestic collections. However, few local authorities in the UK are able to accept the film in the same domestic recycling, although it can be recycled alongside carrier bags in some supermarkets.
