Salami Napoli Sourdough Pizza by Crosta Mollica

Salami Napoli Sourdough Pizza

PEPPER SALAMI • SMOKED PROVOLA • BUFFALO MOZZARELLA

In Italy, 'Salame napoli' is a popular cured meat due to its distinctive flavour and texture. To celebrate this traditional, regional ingredient, we've topped our wood-fired sourdough base with Crosta Mollica's signature Pomodoro Sauce and Mozzarella, premium thinly sliced Pepper Salami, Buffalo Mozzarella and Smoked Provola cheese for an enriched taste.

A perfect combination of simple yet exquisite flavours - whilst delivering a milder spice level than our loved Stromboli Sourdough Pizza.

ITALIAN INGREDIENTS

When it comes to eating, we don’t settle for anything less than ingredienti eccezionali. Gathered from growers, artisans and culinary appassionati across Italia, from Tropea to Torino. Prepared with respect and care.

Our Packaging

Our Pizzas sit on a cardboard disc, wrapped in HDPE (European code #02) and then in a cardboard box. The cardboard is widely recycled in kerbside domestic collections. However, few local authorities in the UK are able to accept the film in the same domestic recycling, although it can be recycled alongside carrier bags in some supermarkets.
