A smoky, spicy celebration of delicious southern and central Italian ingredients, our Stromboli pizza takes our signature slow-proved, wood-fired sourdough base and tops it with a subtly-spicy tomato sauce, Fior di Latte mozzarella, smoky Ventricina and peppery Calabrese salamis, and hand-crumbled Pepperoni – before a liberal finishing sprinkle of chilli flakes.

Spicy, smoky and indulgent, our Stromboli pizza takes the ever-popular idea of a ‘meat feast’ and elevates it into something uniquely and deliciously Italian.
It starts with our exceptional dough. Made from a ‘mother dough’ starter and slow-proved for 24 hours, our bakers wood-fire each pizza base at 400C on lava stone from Mount Etna. That intense heat makes the crusts rise, blister and char in true pizzeria fashion.
Then it’s time for our bakers to top the pizza, by hand – with a classic tomato sauce gently-spiced with a little chilli, creamy Italian Fior di Latte mozzarella, a trio of Italian cured meats and finishing sprinkle of chilli flakes.Learn More
